Who we Are

Clearvue was founded on a simple but powerful belief: care should be coordinated, accessible, and rooted in community.

Founded in 2018 as a healthcare consulting agency, Clearvue worked to improve systems behind the scenes. In 2023, the organization expanded into non-emergency medical transportation, providing more than 10,000 medically necessary rides in its first six months.

Through daily engagement with families and healthcare providers, disparities in access and fragmented care systems became evident. Clearvue Connect Center was launched to address these gaps — providing structured adult day programming, wellness support, and meaningful social engagement.

We are not simply providing a service. We are building a village — where care is coordinated, families feel supported, and dignity remains at the center of everything we do.
